The room at the front on the first floor offered a large, airy layout with comfortable double and single beds, perfect for a good night's sleep. The spacious and spotless bathroom met all our needs easily.
The busy main road outside made it noisy at times, especially with the need to keep the window open in warm weather. A lack of coat hangers meant folding items we usually hang, and the absence of air conditioning was noticeable, especially during the heat. Parking was just around the corner, but the necessity for a permit for the length of our stay was a bit of hassle. the heating in the house was switched off at 10 pm, creating a chill in the room overnight.

The location is just a stone's throw from the
town center, making it easy to explore Stratford-upon-Avon. Our room was spacious, with a wonderfully comfortable bed and a pristine bathroom. Diane, our host, was exceptionally welcoming and even shared valuable local tips and history. The breakfast was freshly prepared each morning, which was a delightful way to start the day. We particularly enjoyed the quality ingredients.

Had a cozy night with a comfy bed that made for a great sleep, and the en-suite was a real bonus with a big shower! There's a lovely garden to unwind in and a nice lounge area to chill out. Just a minor note, it would’ve been nice to have a better check-in process as we had to wait a bit before getting in. 😊

The Family Room was spacious and super clean, perfect for us! We had a comfy large bed and the en-suite was really nice, strong shower pressure too. The owners were so helpful and even catered to our dietary needs at breakfast. We felt right at home, which made our stay even better. Just a note, it could have been a bit warmer at night since the heating was off, but it wasn't a huge deal for us.
